Our first initial idea came from the film title 'Imperfect Mr Perfect' and tagline, 'love makes the imperfect, perfect'. This was our inspiration for our whole idea really. After we had these we based our story on it.
We wanted the teaser trailer to just show a few clips so as not to give away the whole story. We kept it simple so that when people come to see the film they wouldn't expect the twist.
The twist is that the main man is black and the girl he falls in love with, parents do not agree with it. This creates an interesting twist that the audience won' be expecting.
The magazine and poster promotes the genre and works to reflect what the teaser trailer is promoting. The colour scheme really ties everything in together and shows the clear link between all three elements.
